1. 請填妥報名表格後往接待處繳費。
 

2. 閣下可選擇以支票、現金或銀聯付款，恕不接受期票。
 

3. 一切以報名表格上所填報之資料為準。

 

4. 所有課堂不設調堂及補堂。

 

5. 一期課程為最少3個月，優惠按該月為準
